We do not accept any returns or offer refunds on our products, but we’ll gladly extend an exchange or store credit within the first seven (7) days of receipt of your order. Exchanges and/or store credits will only be offered if you believe that your purchase is defective. We reserve all rights to decide whether the product(s) are in fact flawed. *Please note any exchanges received will be charged a 15% restocking fee (not including return shipping and new shipping fees)*
If you believe your product(s) are unsatisfactory, within the first 7 days of receipt, please email info@hairforthegirls.com with your order number and we will further assist you. Please note that before any exchange, store credit or replacement is honored, we must receive the hair back in our possession to inspect the quality of the item(s).
We do not offer refunds, replacements or exchanges to any custom orders or if you have altered/manipulated the hair in any way (coloring, cutting, etc).
